By completing a purchase, you accept the Numizmatika Store terms and conditions described on this page. All transactions are handled under these operational standards.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect legal, operational, payment, or shipping changes. The version published on this page applies at the time an order is placed. Continued use of the store after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

🛒 Orders and Payments
Order acceptance
Every submitted order remains subject to payment confirmation, inventory availability, and a final review. We may cancel an order when an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred, the payment cannot be verified, or fulfilling the order would violate applicable restrictions.
When we cancel a paid order, the amount received for that order will be refunded through the original payment method. Processing time after issuance depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
Secure payment methods
Payments are processed through the secure payment methods shown at checkout. Depending on availability and the customer’s location, these may include card payments through Stripe, PayPal, and direct bank transfer. Numizmatika Store does not store complete card credentials on its website.
ℹ️ Pricing accuracy notice
We work to keep product descriptions, stock levels, and prices accurate. However, a typographical, technical, or currency-conversion error may occasionally occur. When an obvious error affects an order, we may contact the customer to confirm the corrected price or cancel the affected item and issue the appropriate refund.
✅ Authenticity and Product Information
Numizmatika Store sells authentic collectible banknotes. Product grades such as UNC, XF, and VF describe the advertised condition using recognized numismatic terminology. Unless a listing states that the photographed serial number is supplied, the serial number received may differ from the example image.
Images are prepared to represent the banknote accurately. Nevertheless, screen calibration, lighting, and photography may cause minor differences in color or contrast. These normal display differences do not indicate that the supplied item is different from the advertised type or grade.
Banknotes are checked before dispatch and packed for collector-safe delivery.
📦 Shipping, Customs and Delivery
Available shipping services, estimated timeframes, and charges are displayed during checkout whenever possible. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather, security checks, or an incorrect delivery address.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. The customer is also responsible for checking whether collectible banknotes may be imported into the destination country and for paying any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or similar charges imposed by local authorities.
When tracking is supplied, customers should monitor the shipment and respond promptly to postal or customs notices. A parcel returned because it was unclaimed, refused, or addressed incorrectly may be refunded only after it is received back, less non-refundable shipping charges and any return costs charged to us, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
↩️ Returns, Refunds and Order Issues
Return eligibility, time limits, required evidence, and refund handling are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Customers should contact us before returning any item so that the correct instructions can be provided.
Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable. Return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is materially different from the listing, defective, damaged before delivery, or we made an error. Any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
For a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect order, contact us promptly and include the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Packaging should be retained until the issue is resolved.
⚖️ Liability and Responsible Purchasing
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected item or order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from postal delays, customs decisions, market-value changes, exchange-rate movements, or a customer’s failure to comply with local import rules.
Collectible banknotes are sold as numismatic or collectible items. They are not offered as investments, financial instruments, or guarantees of future value. Customers are responsible for making their own purchasing and resale decisions.
🔄 Updates and Revisions
We may revise these terms when legal requirements, store procedures, payment methods, shipping services, or customer-protection practices change. Revisions take effect when published unless a later effective date is stated.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if my order contains an obvious pricing error?
We may contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel the affected item. Any amount paid for a cancelled item will be refunded through the original payment method.
Are original shipping charges refundable?
Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Numizmatika Store or applicable consumer law requires reimbursement.
May I resell banknotes purchased from the store?
Yes. Once an order is completed, you may keep or resell the purchased banknotes, subject to the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
When do these terms become binding?
These terms form part of the purchase agreement when you submit an order and the order is accepted. Mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded remain applicable.
